As part of Boeing’s recent acquisition of KLX Aerospace Solutions, KLX Inc. dba KLX Aerospace Solutions will change its name to Boeing Distribution Services Inc. effective 4 February 2019. The purpose of this communication is to confirm the timeline of name change activities, to explain the minimal changes in effect for your operations, and to address your critical questions.

Timeline

• Our last day named as KLX Aerospace Solutions will be 3 February 2019
• We will officially change the name of KLX Inc. to Boeing Distribution Services Inc. on 4 February 2019
• You will receive an official “name change” notification on 4 February for your records
